I’ve worked in experiential education since 2014, starting with GirlVentures as a volunteer climbing mentor and then as a backpacking and rock instructor. I’ve also worked with Stanford Adventure Program, National Outdoor Leadership School, Dunn School, and Eagle Rock School and appear in the film All Who Dare, a documentary about Eagle Rock School’s 24-day wilderness orientation trip.
I joined the Banteay Srei Advisory Board in 2018.
Prior to 2014, I worked in the nonprofit sector and Asian American arts community in Los Angeles
In 2010, I co-created and co-produced a queer Asian American web series called That’s What She Said with Anni Gee, N. Ki, Claire Kim, Vicky Luu and Allison Santos. Here’s an interview at Autostraddle from 2011.
I am a certified Wilderness First Responder and AMGA Single Pitch Instructor.
Previously, I held a Top Rope Climbing Instructor Certification from Professional Climbing Instructors Association.
In 2019, I co-created Lonely Together, a zine exploring climbing through the lens of [qt]BIPOC, with Jaël Berger, Endria Richardson, Kaily Heitz, and Summer Winston.
From August 2020 to July 2021, I was on PGM ONE’s Leaders Council as co-facilitator of the API+ Affinity space with David Pon.
